USOH is an organization of grassroots leaders, concerned citizens & veterans committed to positively improve and bless the lives of families and individuals impacted by war, economic challenge, and natural disaster. Our team is educated, equipped and empowered to impact communities. Join us!

At USOH, we are committed to transparency within reason, a firm no debt policy, wise stewardship of resources and collaboration. Like many non-profit organizations, we are faced with the challenge of greater client needs mixed with limited resource capabilities. Due to our no debt policy, there are many times we have to say no to a client need or program proposal. Therefore, we limit our resources to five areas of concentration:

  • Military & Veterans Programs and Services.
  • International Development and Partnerships.
  • Disaster Services
  • Social and Civic Engagement
  • Children's Programs and Services.

USOH Values have been established by the Board with Staff input to represent the core values and north star guiding our organization. Our values spell IRESPECT.

  • Integrity. All staff and volunteers demonstrate wholeness.
  • Resilient. All staff and volunteers are persistent & never give up. We push forward. Always Forward.
  • Educated. USOH is comprised of educated entrepreneurs that demonstrate personal initiative.
  • Servant Leadership. We serve our communities and members leading from the front.
  • Professional. We strive to be professional, equipped and empowered.
  • Ethical. We follow our ethics policy and strive to be empathetic.
  • Competent. We know our skills, boundaries, mission, vision and work.
  • Trained. We are tactically and technically proficient.

Our company values guide our success and victories. These values are based on our respect for fellow mankind and the space we live and work in. Therefore, our values spell IRESPECT.
